Levi has been absolutely amazing to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of my tarantulas and geckos, and anytime I have a question, he’s always happy to help and genuinely cares. His advice is detailed, patient, and honest, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to give your animals the best care. I’ve bought two of my tarantulas from him, and both experiences were perfect — healthy, beautiful animals and great communication the whole way through. I will 100% continue buying from him in the future. He’s truly a wonderful guy and someone you can trust in the reptile and invert community.

This place really makes you feel at home! The staff and management is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Please don’t try and handle the pets unless you are experienced, which is a rule they try and practice! Great to their animals and the birds have some great personalities!

Recently, I went away on vacation and had to leave my parrot, Kiwi, with Pet Kingdom in Fort Myers, who offer parrot boarding. Kiwi stayed there for one week, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care he received. From the moment we returned, it was clear how well looked after he had been. He seemed so happy. His water was changed daily, his environment was clean, and most importantly, he was cared for with genuine love and attention. The staff here are true professionals and real animal lovers. A special thank you to Derek — you were absolutely amazing to us. And to the lovely lady who always takes such wonderful care of Kiwi and greets us with the warmest welcome (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) — thank you from the bottom of my heart. If it weren’t for this incredible team, we wouldn’t have been able to travel with peace of mind. Knowing Kiwi was safe, loved, and in expert hands meant everything to us. Thank you for all that you do. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend Pet Kingdom to anyone looking for exceptional parrot care. Thank you 🙏🏽

I recently visited the pet kingdom and was extremely well taken care of! The staff is super attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the animals, providing valuable guidance on their care and needs. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers an impressive variety of pets, along with high-quality accessories and products. Taking the kids is always a joy, as they love seeing the puppies, rabbits, parrots , fishes and other little animals, making the visit a fun family outing. The atmosphere is welcoming and trustworthy, perfect for anyone looking to choose a new companion. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking healthy pets and exceptional service. It’s already become our favorite destination!

The staff is wonderful here. Owner was very kind & seemed to care greatly for everyone's overall experience. The cages were clean and nice. The animals seemed happy fed & cared for.

This pet store is amazing! I purchased a bearded dragon and supplies. Jacob and Levi were so helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me lots of guidance and made sure we had everything we needed to start. These gentlemen went above and beyond (even loading the tank into our car) and I greatly appreciate it. Our bearded dragon is healthy and has a wonderful personality. Our new family member is awesome!! We named him Brian and we shall love him forever.

I was looking for some aquatic plants and some schooling bottom feeders. Luis was the associate that helped me and I was very happy with his overall professionalism and knowledge. He seemed genuinely invested in my project and gave me extremely helpful insights and advise. I fully trust his options now and look forward to working with him again. There are always things to learn about keeping a healthy aquarium! I'd describe him as knowledgeable, personable and invested in his work. Very nice qualities to have in your employees I'd say.. Thanks again for everything! I really appreciated it.

I don't know where to start. First off my son purchased me a lion head bunny from Pet Kingdom for a Christmas gift. What a cutie, I wanted to make an appointment to get him neutered so he can calm down. I didn't know that I had to know the date of birth, did he have his shots and to be certain that he was an male. Well my son was told it was a boy when he bought it. Today he called the pet store to ask questions on his birth and how to determine if he is a boy or girl. We spoke with Angelina over the phone she explained what to look for and we tried. So she said that we can bring the rabbit in to the store and she would check it out. I arrived to the pet store and asked for Angelina. She was assisting other customers on the sex of a guinea pig. I waited no longer then 5 mins and she came over. Angelina had such an bubbly personality. She asked for my bunny and confirmed he was an boy and she showed me his 🥜. I explained to her my concerns about having his nails trimmed and bam she said we cut bunny nails. She took him in the backroom. She came back out explaining to me about the nails and his fur having some matted fur. Her and her coworker combined the matted hair out. Angelina even showed me the combs and brushes to use on his fur. Angelina went above and beyond to assist me. I will give her 10x 🌟 if I could. She is such an amazing staff member

Amazing selection of products for any type of furry, feathered or scaled pets, and then some! I saw some lovely tarantulas, and even a centipede offered as a pet. I don't advocate purchasing dogs and cats from pet stores; adopt, don't shop, but the animals here were quite adorable. I fell in love with a Sphinx kitten, but already am maxed out with cats and turtles in my home.

Pet Kingdom in Fort Myers is awesome. They have a great selection of pets and supplies, and the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about the animals and about taking care of their customers. Every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re a pet owner!
